This was an experimental performance I created at university that placed the audience in an adventure game scenario. Participants read the scenario on the large screen and voted for and against various outcomes. The revelation at the end was that they'd in fact re-enacted the lives of the German population during the build up to the Second World War. The audience was stunned to realize that perhaps they were not so resilient to the influence of Hitler as they'd have liked.

What a great idea! I've always been interested in WWII and its so cool that you were able to make people realise what it was really like for Germans in the midst of Hitlers takeover.
